Today, Sunday, we had a whole house backup, and no where to turn. I called a few plumbers, but all were closed. Now starting to panic! One person suggested Big Mike's Plumbing, so I looked them up and called. A technician, Scott, was at my front door in less than an hour, and after completely cleaning out the drains, we were more than happy. What I was charged was far less that anything I had expected, and I would/will recommend them to anyone! I gave them 5 stars, but the Tech alone deserves much more.

Their drain cleaning services were excellent for me. Their team was on time, cleared my drain using cutting-edge machinery, and restored my sink's functionality. The service was reasonably priced, and the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable.

They really dropped the ball on my shower repair. The tech promised to return the next day to finish the job but ghosted us for two weeks. After three 'no call, no shows,' we had to threaten a refund just to get them back out here. Suddenly, they showed up the next morning and fixed it easily. Good work eventually, but terrible reliability.

We had a major pipe leak at home, and Big Mike's Rooter & Plumbing came through for us in a big way. Their team was super professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and got the job done quickly. No mess, fair pricing, and top-notch customer service throughout. I honestly can't thank them enough. They'll definitely be my first call for any plumbing issues from now on. Thanks again, Big Mike's—you guys were amazing!

Big Mikes is always quick to respond. They are helpful in explaining different options to be the most efficient and effective cost wise. We mainly have dealt with their tech Scott and he is great and knowledgeable.
