Andrew Rattray was my inspector and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! He was super friendly and helpful. Talked me through everything he was doing and why he was checking it.He answered all my questions with a great attitude and with great description. 5/5 for me all day. Excellent company!! We were helping our son move into a rental house in Ironwood, only to discover an undisclosed mold issue that hadn’t been visible during the initial walkthrough. After multiple discussions with the landlord that the issue would be remediated in short order, we moved in, cleaned the place and spent the night. By morning, it was clear that the bedroom my son slept in also had a mold issue due to the strong mildew smell in the room. I called Big Moose Home Inspections that morning, explained the situation, and they were able to send their inspector John to take air samples the same day.
