After running out of fuel oil from my supplier despite their assurance that I would never run dry, I had vowed that I would never be put in that position again. The solution was relatively simple. You call, they answer, the delivery comes & thats it. It is a very healthy relationship. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We got our propane tank from them as well as oil.
