Big Plumbing Corporation

So far not a good experience. I set an appointment with them 4 days ago for my home that is still under warranty. They gave me a timeframe of 8-12 for the plumber to be here. No show. I called around 1 to inquire, they said they're sending them now. My father calls again at 2, they said they had an emergency but he's on the way now. 3pm rolls around, no show. I call and call, no answer. It is now 4:30. I sent an email because no one is answering the phone. Extremely unsatisfactory and inconvenient having to take the day off and sit around waiting for a service and no one shows or follows up. Pretty unacceptable and I shouldn't have to wait around for another day to have this issue taken care of. Shouldn't have the issue in the first place when the house is completely new.

We have used Big Plumbing on all of our projects and they are great to work with. Very professional, Very knowledgeable and Great service and they always deliver.

Extremely courteous to your needs. Very efficient and professional.
