When Big Red showed up on the screen, being a huge OU football fan, I thought that's the one I called. I told James what part had broken off the garage door opener, and he knew right away what he would need to fix it and how much it would cost. He came out ahead of schedule and had it fixed in about an hour. He also replaced the seal on the bottom of the door, and it ended up costing less than he had quoted.
