Very good experience. My washing machine was leaking on a Monday. Called him that day and was out on Tuesday morning. Easy and professional communication. Had it fixed and back together in an hour. Big River Appliance Repair fixed my dishwasher after another appliance repair company told me it wasn’t worth fixing. Paid the first guy $100 and all he did was say it wasn’t worth fixing and at 5 years old it’s considered too old to fix. John at Big River Appliance Repair came out and very quickly and reasonably fixed it. I think the other guy is making more money charging $100 to do nothing.
Big River knows their business, he has been extremely helpful!
