Big Steve's Septic Service

This guy is great! I called him last minute and he showed up. Very professional and respectful. He gave us advice and taught us a few things. He answered all of our questions. He even told us to call him if we had any problems or questions in the future. I will definitely be using him again!! I would give him more stars if I could!

Called about noon on Wednesday to see about getting my tank pumped and was still able to get them out 1st thing the next morning. Woman on the phone was amazing and funny we joked around for about 10 minutes before we hung up. Big Steve called me the next morning when he was 20 minutes away. Him and his dad showed up answered all my questions. Pumped out my tank then hosed it out and pumped it out again! Excellent service. Will not price shop around again. Will automatically call these guys from now on for my properties and will definitely recommend them if anyone asks me who to call.

Called on a Friday for a Friday appt at 9:30am. 10:30am rolled around and nothing. I called and was told truck was still in shop and he'd call me later. Here we are at 1pm Sat. and still haven't heard from him. I had turned down 4 other companies that had called earlier in the week to give him our business. Big mistake. I'm not trying to tell people what to do but don't waste your time on this type of service. You dont run a business with no communication with the customer and not showing up for an appt. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a business EVER. Back to calling companies, Monday morning. How can someone live with themselves knowing what they've done? Signed--Steven R.

Well, I have not used his services. I super appreciated his customer service. Uncle Murphy decided to show up for Christmas (Murphys Law) The septic backed up and flooded the basement Christmas morning. I checked around with everybody. I could trying to find somebody that would be open and available to do the work. I’m luckily they happen to have a truck in the shop, but they helped me find someone that could get the job done. Grateful for people like that.

After repeated calls working the list of companies, being stood up, no calls back, Big Steve answered the call. My emergency became his project immediately! He got me up and running again and gave great advice. He is now my primary!
