I would not do business with this contractor ever again, nor would I recommend to anyone I care about. Disorganized and terrible with communication. The first day they were supposed to start work, they no-showed and didn’t answer their phone until the afternoon to tell me they wouldn’t be able to make it that day. All agreements on work to complete for bathroom renovation were verbal and nothing written- then they didn’t complete the work we had agreed upon, but they did charge me for it. Dishonest, lazy and unprofessional- don’t waste your time with Big Timber, find a real contractor instead.
Great customer service I was greeted with a smile and given an honest estimate on the project. Big Timber Construction did a beautiful job painting my house.
