Big Trees Inc Tree Nursery

Perfect. I ordered 15 trees ranging in size from 10’ to 16’. The crew of 4 was well prepared and experienced. They protected my property as they moved these trees to the back yard. Planted and staked. Customer service was attentive as the order was placed and being scheduled. I’ll use this company again!!!

The staff at Big Trees were incredibly helpful, as it was my first time buying trees and having them installed. They were generous with their time and knowledge, and always clear and communicative. The installation crew was also great, they spent some time with me to decide exactly where the trees would go, and at what orientation to the street. Great folks!

Website says, "Open to the Public, No Appointment Necessary...Hours: Monday-Friday: 8-5, Sat: 10-4" We stopped in Saturday at 1115 and 2pm, the gate was locked. No answer on the phone. Would suggest calling before going to ensure open.

We are very happy with how our experience with Big Tree Supply went, from start to finish. They patiently answered the many, many questions we had regarding the most appropriate size and placement for the tree we wanted. The team that delivered and planted the tree was incredibly skilled and professional. They arrived on time during the window we were given and made very quick work of it, while still taking the time to check in with us to make sure we were happy with the placement and orientation before finalizing. I also appreciated that the owner followed up with us a few weeks later to check on how our new tree is doing as it acclimates. I highly recommend them if you need a tree!

Warning: they say they are open until 4 PM on Saturday, but they are actually done at 3 PM. We rented a utility trailer and drove up from Seattle and did a pumpkin patch on the way and arrived around 3 PM. Knew what we needed already. Pulled up and she said we were too late and that the workers leave at 3 PM so we can’t get a tree. I mentioned they should update their website to indicate this but she rather rudely said well we are open until 4 PM, so maybe she’s just getting paid to stand there for an hour? Luckily, we found McAuliffe’s right down the road and were able to get a lovely tree and it was a beautiful spot.
