Driver didn't have enough shoots to reach the back part rebar that was in 4'x4'x9' long between my house and shed. Well I sure can't wheel barrow it back there, and he only carries 2 shoots on his truck. So he still charges me for the 5 yards and takes 1 .2 yards back to his shop to make cylinders to resale and double dip profit. Why should I be charged for the extra yard if driver didn't come prepared with more equipment. What did he think he was pouring 5 yards in with 2 shoots.
