Easily the best pool company in the area! I have used them for a wide variety of services like replacing my liner, opening the pool for the season, and my most recent use of getting my pool back to useable conditions after the hurricane in October 2024. Their customer service had always been OUTSTANDING! I feel like I am sometime not the best pool owner and probably have silly questions regularly, and every single time they have been nothing but kind and helpful! Even reminded me to remove the filer plugs before the freeze in December so my pipes wouldn’t bust! I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. When we bought our house in 2015, our pool was probably 20+ years old and in bad shape. With a wooden deck coming off the house and rickety pergola off the pool we definitely needed a renovation. Years later, we reached a point where a renovation was a necessity. Our 20-plus year-old pool needed a major refresh and Big Wave Pools was by far the standout choice. Abe and his team of prompt, courteous, and consummate professionals in their craft offered sound advice and great suggestions making our refresh better than we ever expected.
