Big Wave Restoration

On our way home from vacation, we had found that a hose had burst causing water to get into our home, completely ruining our living/dining room floors and soaking most of our walls. I called Big Wave that Sunday and spoke to Paul, who had his crew out the very next morning. They worked fast and efficiently to get everything dried out before mold could grow. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful with my insurance process and made me feel at ease multiple times during the whole ordeal. I was very pleased with Big Waves services!

What started out as a regular evening in doing a load of laundry ended up with our laundry room and guest room flooded from water from the washer. We were devastated to hear when our condo in Florida had a fire which involved extensive damage of water and smoke.
