Our crew-Kelly and Jake- arrived a little early but confirmed their arrival by calling ahead. They worked very efficiently and did a great job. The carpets look like new. They worked to dry the carpet in the bedroom so we could use that room tonight. Very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism!

As a commercial business, we get alot of foot traffic everyday. Big West was willing to work around our store hrs and was willing to come when we had selected. Our flooring is a luxury vinyl product with grooves that collect dust and debris. I looks fabulous as the day it was installed! Thank you Guys. Your the best!

I have an issue with chemicals and Jason was extremely cautious and caring before using strong products to clean and then wax my old laminate floor. He came over and let me smell the product before hand. He also called afterward to make sure I wasn't affected by the chemicals. I'm very satisfied with my kitchen floor!
