WOW! Greg deserves more than 5 stars! I had a very complicated AC install situation to the point that my HOA had to come out and brainstorm with Greg to find a possible solution. From start to finish his communication was the best I've dealt with, he took the time to meet with my HOA and never showed an ounce of negativity or frustration. He was friendly, patient and had a helpful attitude through the whole process. He checked in the whole time, sent pictures of progress or issues and even checked back in to see how everything was going after the install. Best in Harford County, MD for sure!!! Would highly recommend!

Recently purchased a new HVAC from Bigfoot. They took the time to present different options based on budget concerns as well to explain the short and long range benefits of each. Did a great installation job, going the extra mile to make sure everything was just so and spending extra time to work around difficult installation issues. Very easy people to work with. Both heating and cooling units exceed my expectations. Would highly recommend!

Greg went above and beyond to get my heater up and running. A long story, but he had to trouble shoot many areas to detect what was wrong with this 24 year old gas furnace. He finally found the problem and saved me from getting a new furnace! He also called the next day to see if everything was still running well. Great service, highly recommend!
