Biggs Backhoe

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came home from work to an audible alarm and a red warning light. I called Biggs to explain the situation and let them know we’d be out of town for the weekend. They immediately said they’d send someone out to take a look. We have no dogs and no fence, so they were able to come right in and get to work. A short time later, the doorbell rang—they clearly explained the issue and reset the timer for us. Excellent service from start to finish. I can’t remember their names, but they did an awesome job! Highly recommended!

I had someone out Wednesday this week due to a red light on my septic. I went ahead and scheduled a maintenance plan with them too. Today (Friday the same week) I got home and my red light was back on with an audio alarm going off as well. I called to have someone come out around 5:30pm. They said that they couldn’t come out until afternoon or evening the next day. Even though I just had it serviced and my toilets aren’t flushing now. They were flushing before even when the red light was on the first time. I called red dirt due to a recommendation from a family member. They will be here in 40 minutes. Lee with Biggs came to our house twice to fix our septic tanks not draining properly during any amount of rain. Both times he opened the system, looked at it for five minutes, then said 'I don't know. Its working right now" and left. For the third call to Biggs we said that we do not want Lee and send literally anyone else. This is your last chance. Lee shows up again. We say no thank you and send him on his way. We called Red Dirt instead and within five minutes of them looking at our system they identified that the floats to trigger the sprinklers were filled with water and needed to be replaced. Such a great experience with them. I had tried a local company, but they blew me off. I called Biggs and they immediately got the ball rolling. Was installed in less than 2 weeks. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite. Highly, highly, highly recommended
