Biggs Heating & Air

We have used Biggs for over 8 years and they have outstanding service. We use the Priority Service Agreement which is worth every penny. They come out twice a year and check the systems. If they find a problem, we have the option to get it fixed while they are already here depending on the part. They are respectful, honest and outstanding at installing our heating and air system. We had a home inspection and it said the AC would last maybe three months. Biggs was able to make repairs that had our AC last another 2 years. Now that is honest. The technicians and office staff are our favorites!! I highly recommend them! Thanks Biggs!

Having a clean and tidy appearance (without even a hint of the smell of smoke we usually smelled on our old HVAC company techs) is important to me as we highly value not contaminating our living spaces and encapsulated crawl space. Personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Made me aware of how to plan for a possible downstream failure but did not state needed to be replaced today or tomorrow, just something to make me aware of, plan for and the new technology. I have been a Biggs customer for 8 years. They installed all new Lennox systems in my home. The Lennox system has been a nightmare. However, Biggs has been great to work with. The 2nd evaporator coil in 8 years went bad so I asked Biggs for some help with my bill. Biggs went back and forth with Lennox and Biggs and Lennox together agreed to pay half my costs for the new coil replacement. Legally and contractually, Biggs was not obligated to pay me anything. So, this gesture says a lot about their desire to provide good customer service. I highly recommend them.
