⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Service! My office door locked and we couldn’t find the key anywhere. I called Biggs Safe & Lock and they had Adrian on the way immediately. From the initial phone call to him arriving on-site and getting my door open, the whole process took under an hour! Adrian was professional, fast, and super friendly. He made a stressful situation so easy. Biggs Safe & Lock has truly outstanding employees, and Adrian deserves a special shoutout for his great work. I highly recommend them for any lock issues!

I called them today and I had someone out to rekey my 3 business locks within 30 minutes! The guy (Adrian) they sent out here went above and beyond with his professionalism and kindness. If only every employee was like that! Thank you, Adrian!!! You have gained my business as a lifetime customer!

I was having a lot of trouble with my front door and have reached out to numerous companies all of which said that I needed to either replace the whole door or replace the lock which would’ve costed me thousands of dollars. I luckily came across Biggs and reached out to them yesterday and fixed the door in one hour, which included recalibrating the door closer and making sure everything was working 100% before leaving. Glad to know that there are still people out there that aren’t just trying to take advantage of you because you are not well-versed in that scope of work. I 10/10 recommend Biggs to anyone!

Had a great experience at Biggs Safe and Lock thanks to Jim and KC! I needed a 2nd key fob for my car! I spoke with Jim on Monday and he told me that he’d have to order it and that when it arrived, he’d call me. Well, he called me on Thursday to let me know that it had arrived and I visited Biggs on Friday and had it programmed and the key made! Great service and I’d highly recommend Biggs! Thank you.
