Gave two stars due to the fact that Kip was friendly and they were able to do the job in a timely matter. That being said when they removed the frames from the foundation I noticed the walls were not straight. When I asked about it I was told that the frames “kicked out” and that I had to live with it. I now have a wall that is 2” out of square. The biggest disappointment however, was that the bill they gave me was $4000 higher than the bid on an area that was smaller than what I had them bid. When I asked the owner about this he said that they never know how much sand to bid. Seems weird to me that someone who does this all the time would not include this in the bid or at least mention that the bid does not include fill sand.
