We very recently purchased a Bill Clarck brand new house at Osprey Landing in Southport, NC. We had a great experience from the initial buying process to moving in. The entire team was great to work with. Both Amber and Corey played a major role in facilitating the acquisition process of this lovely home. Their work ethic together with their customer attentiveness made our journey to Southport seamless and Easy. We also want to acknowledge Barry, who really helped us with the walk through and warranty info. In addition Linda and Charlie also deserve acknowledgment for their roles. We are so happy we went with Bill Clark. Once we chose the Riverlights Community, we had 2 different builders we were choosing from. After meeting with Marilyn and the Bill Clark team we knew we had the right builder to build our forever dream home. 10 months later we are here and couldn’t be happier with the house.
