From the time I first called him, Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He arrived promptly for an estimate and explained everything well. I had four other estimates, and he offered value AND was someone I felt comfortable working with. A roofer that LISTENS and treats you as an equal is a gift! I didn’t have to wait long for replacement day, and when the time came, he and his crew were prompt and courteous. They did a great job, and they left my yard in great condition. The whole experience was a pleasure, and I’m grateful for Bill’s work.
