Was having issues with my water system at home and called up Taylor, the owner of Bill Dearolf Pump Services. He was very professional and quick to diagnose my issue. We ended up having to replace my water pressure tank because the old one’s (which was over 20 years old) bladder had went bad. He took the time to thoroughly explain how everything works and made certain everything was in the best possible working condition once the new tank was installed. I highly recommend working with Taylor.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with a well pump service. Taylor is so professional and genuine with his approach to his work and it shows in the quality of his work. Thought my softener housing was cooked and Taylor probably saved me a $1000 just taking the time to test each part of the mechanism. Taylor’s communication throughout the whole service was excellent. There’s no one else I will ever let touch my well and softener, but Taylor! I wish more businesses took his approach to their profession the way Taylor does!

Amazing sevice! I called 2 other pump companies and they never responded my calls or called back after leaving them a message. I then called Bill Dearolf Well Pump Service. He answered the call almost immediately and quickly gave me a ETA of arrival. He arrived super fast and fixed our issue extremely fast too. He was very quick and effient, very honest, explained very well what was going on, and his rate is super affordable. Bill Dearolf Pump Service is now my go-to pump service company for future issues and I recommend them to anyone that reads this and also has pump issues.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Bill was the only person that answered my call for service when I had issues with well/pump and that was at 7:30 AM on a Saturday. Three (3) other large local companies that advertised 24 HOUR SERVICE did not answer the phone or return my call. Bill advised that he was not available until the next day (Sunday) but called me that morning to advise he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. Checked my entire system to verify that there were not any other issues. The service call & repairs were less than what I expected. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism on a job well done. Definitely know who to contact in the future in the event I need my well/pump service. THANK YOU BILL !!!
