Hands down the most mismanaged operation is SW FL. Waited well over 8 months to start a paver project after putting down 9k, over half the job, and when they finally started it the botched the job. Before they were even done the owners wife came by demanding the other half stating “she can’t pay her employees”. Not my problem but I obliged and paid her early anyways. HUGE mistake. Once paid they essentially gave up on the job. I still have to pay to get the job fixed and am seeking legal counsel to hold them accountable for their behavior and unprofessional business practices. We had a culvert and a driveway paver extension with a pathway wrapping the house. They never sealed it, they never brought in back fill to level and they never laid sand to fill gaps. Bill and Billy Jacobsen have removed my old pebbles driveway and replaced it with a beautiful concrete driveway which including a culvert. No more flooding after the rain, hooray!!! Their crew was professional, skilled and polite. Tommy and Lucas are the assets to the company. They showed up on time, worked hard, very attentive and they also cleaned up the working areas at the end of each day. We're very happy with the new driveway and would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Poured a small slab/patio for our new hot tub. Very courteous and efficient. Up front about pricing, timeline, and whole procedure. Definitely will use them again!!!!
