Had a great experience using Bill Jr and Son Septic. Bill came out to inspect an issue with our septic, and had the septic pumped for us next day. He was knowledgeable and informative throughout the process, and his office kept great communication on when to expect arrivals. Very easy to work with, glad we went with Bill.

I thought I had a septic issue and Bill called me back same night and stopped by as soon as possible next morning. He accessed the tank and turns out I needed someone to handle a clog in main drain. He was kind and didn’t charge me for his visit, and I appreciated the quick referral to the right service. My parents used this company for many years and recommended them to me as well.

Ignore the one star reviews, those people have no idea what they are talking about. These are the nicest people. They've been servicing my septic for years. They even go out of their way to tell me to buy new filters and such online because it's cheaper than buying through them.

Unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. Update to company response: that is correct you do not have record of me. You lied to a buyer on my home that you double pumped my septic tank to try and claim I was hiding a problem that does not exist (I have had my own inspection completed) in order to con us as sellers into paying you likely tens of thousands for a new system for our buyer that you were encouraging our buyer to ask for prior to close. You have never stepped foot on my property since I have owned my home so to lie for profit is just sad. People have ring cameras you probably shouldn’t lie regarding legal home sales on the property you are “inspecting”. Oh and let’s not forget how you could not fail our septic for them on the inspection report but would write a report for the buyer th
