Great guy! I called him right before spring cause my heater went out, he couldn't make it out that night but he let me borrow space heaters to keep my littles and I warm, and showed up early the next morning to fix my furnace. He told me my furnace cap needed to be replaced showed me the item to buy and said when I could get it purchased he'd be glad to come put it on, and now my AC isnt working properly, I called him and he was quick to call back and schedule a time to come out! Absolutely amazing to work and communicate with, super kind. Highly recommend him!

Bill was very professional, friendly, and on time. The work that they did was done very well, quickly, and in a way that we both agreed worked best. We had a gas line ran for a back up generator, and received a good price point/quote for the work to be done. We have friends and family who recommended him based on their experience with his good service, workmanship, and pricing for their heating and cooling work in the past. As a Realtor I will definitely be recommending him to others and using him for my own work in the future. You just don't find people who are this friendly very often. Thanks Bill.

I often do my own repairs but I had a problem with a furnace that was unusual. He helped me get a good used replacement. One that I could install easily. He even sold me a new replacement chimney at a very good price. The furnace I have now runs perfectly, his help and advice was very valuable to me. I know he didn't make much if any money helping me. I hope I can make up for it a little with what I'm writing. If you need any kind of HVAC service you'll never find a more honest service person. PS I'm not what you'd call a regular customer I had only called him once before and that was over a decade ago. I'm convinced excellent service is his regular policy.

Bill was a pleasure to do business with. He was understanding, well knowledge and very sweet on the phone. He beat all prices hands down, and was out in a just a few days to replace my central air conditioner and furnace. He was on time, quick, clean and very nice. Highly recommend!
