Unprofessional. Poor communication. We used them for a few years, and their services were mostly adequate. This year we asked them to help fix a leaky spigot and move a booster pump. They made it clear they could do the work, so we booked an appointment a month in advance and even checked in multiple times leading up to ensure we were still on the schedule. The morning of our appointment, they told us that they wouldn’t be able to make it and gave no specific reason. I had to ask why and was essentially told they were running behind schedule so we got bumped. They said that they weren’t going to be able to reschedule us for “a few weeks” and suggested we call someone else to do the job. Had them for years.Not happy because my lawn has burned up on the sides and back of my home, despite calls for help!!! See what I mean?

Great service, on time, respectable price. The 2 Bills (Sr & Jr) always take the time to do the extra little things that need doing and explain the what, when, why & how

Had him come out to repair my sprinkler system. He comes out and repairs one leak then says I have a leak underground. He says he will come back another day to repair it. I’ve called him 3 times. Set up appointments with him and he did not show up. And on top of everything the first thing he repaired is still leaking.

Rude and disorganized. Rescheduled me twice and I was cool about it. Then tried to put me off another week and when I questioned it he told me find someone else and hung up on me. I’m a contractor and tolerant of an occasional reschedule but this is was ridiculous and not even the courtesy of letting me know in advance, just no show.
