Absolute pro. Took time out on his vacation to call back and give expert guidance on replacing my pressure regulator valve for the house water main, and offered to put me in touch with someone else of I didn't think I could handle it. He'll be my go-to guy from here on out. Highest recommendation.

I called Bill for a leaking toilet. We agreed on a day for him to do the work and so he arrived on time and went right to work. He didn't mind that I watched over his shoulder as he completed the repair. He was neat and thorough to make sure everything worked properly, the water level was at the correct height and there were no leaks. His charges were more than reasonable. He will be the first call for any future plumbing repairs.
