Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating

My neighbor highly recommended Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating as they have always been great for him. From there I worked with Roy who was super transparent, communicative and such a pleasure to work with. 2 days later he sent DJ to come out and install a 50 gallon water heater for me and he was such a great man and professional. From here on out, I will only be using Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating.

I see other reviews of the same scam- I was a very long time customer of Bill Smith Plumbing (since 1996) at both my home and business. So I was extremely surprised that after basically a 45 minute service call to change out a shower control knob, the service tech spent almost 15 minutes explaining to me what he accomplished. Fine. Then he went to his truck to write up the bill and came back - - - 30 minutes later. He presented me with the bill that added that45 minutes of talking and writing that added $200.00 on to my bill. I asked him why and he said it was policy . . . . that was never any police before so I didn't argue with him. So I called Bill Smith Plumbing and after confirming my story, he offered me a lousy $100.00 CREDIT. He should have refunded me the money; not a credi

Zero stars. Lobby not open on Monday morning. Sign on door says can’t find staff. Sorry, not a way to run a business no matter how long you have been in business.

Had our main water shut off leaking and needing to be replaced called Bill Smith had great communication with the office person and they were able to fit us into the schedule. The plumber showed up on time and was super friendly and made quick work of our repair/replacement. He came prepared with all tools and parts and got straight to work. Pricing is great with this company as well quality work for a quality price. We will use them again for our plumbing needs for sure.

Best plumbing company I have had in 30 years! Luther came out, explained about vents, joists, and drywall that he had to work with to replace 2 spigots. Even though he encountered a problem, he did the work in the estimated time frame. He is very knowledgeable about construction. I wish I had known about Bill Smith and Luther many years ago. This is a company I have full confidence in!
