Once again, 5 Star work by the team at Bill's. They never gave up solving an issue with the Samsung circuit board and sensor. Taylor made multiple calls to tech support at Samsung and discovered the issue was a circuit board quality issue at the factory. They then figured out the fix and got the unit running. Many contractors would have charged me for their time and just given up. Not these guys!! Thanks Taylor, Chris, and Eric.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Mack came 1st thing next day, was very polite and knowledgeable. Fixed issue in 10 minutes that another company wanted to replace a $1600 part that wasn't broken. When you find someone that is honest and reliable you stick with them and that's Bills AC. By the the way our cost ended up only being $130!

We've used this AC company several times, and they've always been awesome. Erik is our go to guy, super knowledgeable and dependable. The whole team is friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about keeping us comfortable. They're professional, dedicated, and our top choice for any HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful for Bills! After being without AC for 24 hours and being stood up by the previous company we were working with I called and spoke to Chris. Within an hour someone was here and my AC is finally working. Highly recommend!!

We realized our AC wasn’t working and the display screen was off. The house quickly heated up to 80 degrees and we panicked a little since it was after 5pm and we doubted we’d get anybody to come look at it. I called the after hours line and within an hour we had somebody at the house (his name was Bill, but not THE Bill) who quickly resolved the issue for us. So incredibly happy with Bill’s support and expertise and can’t say thank you enough!
