I called Bill’s Appliances for help with my washing machine because it was loud and stopped agitating. Emmitt came and replaced the clutch. Maybe a $40 part online. It started agitating and so he left and the total invoice was about $225 and he was at my house maybe 30 minutes. Expensive! He didn’t look at the loudness of the machine so I called back 4 months later asking to have him come by again cause the machine was so much louder. He came by and said it’s the bearings and they can’t be fixed so i should just ride this machine until it dies and buy a new one. And then he charged me $100. He was at my house maybe 10 minutes at most. Imagine showing up to someone’s home and telling them you won’t fix their machine and then asking for $100?! Well I fixed the washer myself out of spite. I

The representative they sent out was nice and knew who to check with when he didn’t know an answer. That’s 90% of what college tries to teach you anyway. He fixed our problem and pointed out how to keep it from happening in the future. Thanks BAR!

They came out, diagnosed the problem with my washer, fixed it, charged an acceptable fee. The 20 year old washer lasted another 5 years before it died for good. I'm a very happy customer.

My first time dealing with Bill's to have my sleeve A/C cleaned and serviced. Picked up one afternoon and returned the next morning before 11 a.m. The guys were polite, professional, friendly experienced, and helpful with advice. Thank you for great service. Will definitely be a return customer.

Ran in yesterday at 430pm to find a good replacement stove for our 10yr old one that just died and found this great deal. They delivered it by 11am the next day and even hauled away the old one. Couldn't be happier with Bill's Appliance and is why I've been using and recommending them for years!!!
