Very rude and unprofessional. When we confirmed our appointment this morning over the phone Brian was very short with us then, even though we'd not worked with him before. Then, when he arrived, our mechanical room was not as clean as Brian would've liked and he made that very clear. Instead of nicely asking if we could move some stuff, he immediately snapped and told us "this room is disgusting." Great way to start it off! I didn't appreciate that comment so my response was "I'm sorry, that's just the way it is." If he would've been even the slightest bit understanding that we're a working restaurant with a cluttered mechanical room, then I might have been much more accommodating.
