We had been working with another company that repeatedly flaked and failed to show up when promised. After too many no-shows, we finally switched to Bill’s Septic Service—and we’re so glad we did. Very professional, showed up exactly when they said they would, did a great job with our service needs, and followed up afterward to answer all of our questions. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s reliable and cares about customer service. We’ll definitely be using them again!
