Billy blacks guys were phenomenal they were able to 2 troubleshoot, everything over the phone. Technician was at our house within a couple of minutes and had our house. Heater was working within the hour. The owner was in contact with me the whole step of the way. I just think for the owner to take his time and for him to asure that i was satisfied with the work means alot. Theres not that many companies out there anymore who assure you and take the time out of there schedule to communicate with the customer. He also went above and beyond inregards to trying to call and get the parts replaced with warranty and insured. From the moment I walked into the office last spring, I've had the best experience with the San Angelo Billy Black crew. Chris Fischer is not only willing to answer all my questions, he takes the time to share his knowledge and expertise. The whole organization is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I love their software program that allows me to look over and keep record of things done to the unit. I also really appreciate the text messages that I got about their estimated time of arrival and being able to see when they are right around the corner. Was having issues with my furnace after putting in a new thermostat. They came out quickly and was able to replace the fuse that went bad on the furnace. Taylor, he was very professional and informative. Definitely a great experience with working with them.

Always amazing service! Dustin was kind and very professional. He took the time to listen to what we thought the issue was, then he looked through the system to determine anything else that could be causing a problem for us. He was friendly with our retriever who was wondering around the house while he worked and made suggestions that will help keep our system running smoothly.
