Back in October I asked Billy Sweet chimney sweep to clean and inspect my wood insert and chimney. The two technicians didn't know what they were doing. In fact, one of them broke off a rusted screw and said I needed a new bottom shield. At that point, I had to reschedule the appointment so they could fix the piece that needed replacing and continue to clean and inspect the chimney. I was told that the manager would be there to assist in this process. Unfortunately, only the two inexperienced technicians came for the second time. They said they could clean the chimney without pulling the wood insert out. They swore to me that the insert was CLEAN and it was safe to use. With that said, weeks later I started a fire in my insert and the house filled with smoke. It turns out that the

Brandon and Rob came to clean our two chimneys. They were punctual, professional, communicative and kept the spaces very clean. They gave us clear explanations of what they found in the chimneys and provided us with detailed emails and photos along with recommendations for suggested improvements.
