Bioclean Restoration Durham

Called them when I was having a crawl-space “crisis” and they responded quickly. James was great at assessing the situation and providing options to address the problem(s). Estimates were provided and there was very low “sales pressure”. Ultimately, we decided to use BioClean based on the interaction we had initially with James, coupled with the fact that their estimate was in line with others, if not favorable. (We got multiple opinions and estimates.) After the work started they were great at scheduling and communicating all activities. They were also nice enough to delay a portion of the project to accommodate my schedule. All in all, very pleased. Crawlspace looks great, mold and fungus is gone and it’s nice and dry. I’d recommend and would use them again.

Did a great job in our master closet and under the house. Great price on crawlspace dehumidifier. Had some issues finding a local fan installer carrying dehumidifier fans, but all turned out well. Everything is working perfectly. James personally was excellent, available and responsive throughout the job.

Excellent service, crews arrived on time & stayed til job completed. Updates from Joe Hedrick re: dates and arrival times very helpful. Always knew what to expect. I highly recommend Bioclean!!

We had several estimates and Bioclean presented the lowest cost solution to the moisture issues in our crawl space. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant.

The work was fine , but communications were very poor. I was never informed of when the work was going to be accomplished. I had to contact the company to find out when they were going to show up. They would finish and the next day I’d receive an email that my payment was over due. Again, I can’t complain about the work, but I can’t recommend them either.
