We discovered a pin-sized hole in a pipe under our kitchen sink that had been leaking for an unknown amount of time, and they guided us through every step of the process with clarity and care. Chase and his crew did a great job with our mold remediation “project”. He was extremely knowledgeable and very communicative. He was also very professional and interested in helping us solve our problem at a reasonable cost, walking us through alternatives at various price points. Chase and his team are amazing. I came home from a quick trip away and found my house underwater. As soon as Texola was on the case, they had a crew here immediately getting the water out and helping me save whatever I could of my belongings. Over the next two weeks, they came by the house daily to monitor damage and the drying out process. Chase was so great with communication - he always let me know the status of things, how they were progressing, and what I could expect next. We recently had Texas Mitigation out to provide service for a mold issue in our master bathroom. They were extremely professional and did a superb job keeping everything contained in that area. After our master bathroom shower demolition was complete, they came out to see if any further services were needed. They confirmed no further treatment was needed with the exception of a minute area in the shower, which they treated. Greatly appreciated their timely visit and service. Would definitely recommend them if you are experiencing any mold issues.
