Chris is beyond knowledgeable and professional. I had some bad mold in a townhouse I acquired on some ceilings and he explained thoroughly what had to be done, didn’t sugar coat anything. His pricing is very fair compared to all other remediation companies I talked to and he stayed within the range of the quote. He was also extremely well versed in cross contamination and warned me not to remove anything from the room prior to him killing the mold, as it could spread. Definitely learned a lot from him and recommend him!
