When you want the job done right, you hire the professional's well i thought we did. I had an issue with my air conditioner. Some of my rooms weren’t getting enough air in them so they fixed that. They also said that my air filter was dirty and they replaced it with a new one. Today i went to replace the air filter and this is what i see. They didn’t have the right size of air filter so they cut one up and made it work. The right size is 12x12x1

I had a very disappointing experience with Birchfield Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. Over the past three weeks, I have called multiple times regarding heating issues in my home, and each time, Amber—who handles customer calls—kept pushing back my request without any sense of urgency. She was consistently unhelpful, rude, and dismissive, often talking over me instead of listening. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to schedule service. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for something as essential as heating. I do not recommend this company.
