Enjoyed working with the Birds and crew. They had a solid and fair bid to replace roof and gutters damaged by hail. They made sure to address related issues where I had options like venting. I had plenty of questions was happy with the answers and reasoning they patiently shared.

They installed my roof after an insurance claim. Never will you find someone nicer and more willing to work with you. Also out of the three quotes I got gave must thorough bid, even fixed a flaw with my roof. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

They did a great job on my roof (twice) as they noticed the first batch of shingles were defective after they were applied. The did not have to bring that to my attention, as I would have never known. They turned in a claim with the manufacturer and the manufacturer honored their warranty and supplied non-defective shingles at no cost to me. Birds also worked very well with my insurance carrier. I would and have recommended them to others. They may be hard to get in touch with at times but you have to consider the fact that most people are trying to contact them during their busiest times after a storm. I work in the insurance industry and we deal with all sorts of contractors. I am confident if I have an issue with their work, they will address the issue.

Art and his crew re-roofed our house after that crazy storm back in July. They were very quick, and very professional. Art and Anita were great and very friendly and professional!

Art put on a roof for me almost two years ago with zero problems at all so far. Family business and they all were involved. Cleaned up mess 100% and Art has checked back. Not like others who take you money and run. My two neighbors have had roof work done since mine and all are very happy. Thanks Again Art.
