Birds & the Bees

Would not recomend had a appontment one hour late I call to find when they were going show the person that answered was rude and hung up on me just wanted to know when they going to be here because we leaving to go camping .

Well, for starters he seemed super nice and reasonable then when it came to doing the work it went down hill. He spent most of his time talking to me about life and complaining about his poor health . He came in and sprayed for bees once and told me if he didn't get them all he would come back. Than I called multiple times over the next few weeks to see what was going on he was supposed to take care of birds for us and started and never finished and didn't spray again one day it rained yah that's fine then he needed to have heart surgery okay fine I thought maybe he wasn't working anymore. Then I called him a few weeks later thinking maybe he died because he never answered me and he said he couldn't remember who I was and that I needed to pay him again if we needed him to come spray agai

I highly Recommend this man I had bee's and he came right down. He called to check if I had any more after spraying. Thank you Brett!

I highly recommend them. Have used both at my house in Niagara County and my mom’s in Franklinville for various reasons and always extremely satisfied.

Did an excellent job. Didn't give up when we couldn't find where they were getting in. Very thorough and very nice to work with.
