Couldn't ask for better service! Mr Birdsong found and repaired 5 leaks in my pool and have gone from adding water every 2 to 3 days, to once in 3 weeks! He is one of the nicest people who I have met, and he does great work. He also holds Veterans like myself, in high esteem and treats us like gold. This is a man who really appreciates the sacrifice Veterans have made, and I hold him in very high esteem, because he's the genuine article!

I have used Birdsong Pool service on many occasions for leaks, filtration, and heating and each time the job was done timely and very reasonably priced. During a cold spell when then water temp was in the in the 50s a leak on the bottom of the pool was repaired even though it ment going down into the cold water. Birdsong is an expert on all aspects of swimming pools, be it aqua or mechanical. Very honest and dependable.

Ignorance is not bliss. Finding good honest people who won't nickle and dime you is worse than trying to find the head of a straight-pin in a haystack. It doesn't matter if its pool repair, lawn maintenance, power-washing, detailing boats and auto, I have run the gamut. So now for a little history about an older pool system. Back in August, I set-up an appointment with Bill, he was recommended, sigh. Prior to Bill, the Vari-Flo Valve was replaced 3 weeks before by one of the local Pinch- A- Penny. I was told at the time the pump needed to be replaced, because the capacitor in the motor was bad. The capacitor was stopping the pump from self-priming on initial start-up, it would take 3- 5 attempt and then start. I was told a new pump was needed, that installed it would cost $628. I asked i

Told me he would be here at 9am Thursday. No show, no call. Took off work to wait for him. Called Him several times with no call back to even tell me why. Shows terrible character.

Very professional and responsive. Took the time to show me how he detected a leak. Highly recommend Mr. Birdsong.
