Couldn't be more aggravated by the situation I was put in. The first phone call went great. They had the tech out the very next day. Originally was told that the pump I had was no longer sold (Barnes) and they would have to try and rebuild it. Everyday I called for an update. After the third day I was told the pump could not be rebuilt but they were working on a solution. I spent 4 hours of my own time to find something that would retro fit my system with a brand pump that they carry (Liberty). After confirming that the pump would fit I was told that they would have to order the control panel. It's two weeks out on a brand that they carry in stock? Apparently it's okay for you not to use the toilet or shower for two weeks. I found the panel and pump the next day with shipping for $4,200. I

I scheduled a time for the Biros Septic crew to come out and repair my septic tank. They were able to get me on the schedule within a couple days and they arrived on time and were very professional. They addressed my concerns and fixed the problem with no issues. Fair priced, friendly crew. Highly recommend.

From the initial call to office, setting the appointment with office staff, Driver, Mark, was very professional, arriving within scheduled time, pointed out to me about situation with sludge build up in tank and suggested back flushing. Since it's been 11 years since last tank cleaning, it should be done, completed tanks cleaning in a timely manner and again was truly professional. Thanks Mark 😊. Thank to office staff too.
