Hands down the best customer service and experience I’ve had shopping for carpet! Bisek Interiors is not your average small town carpet store - Tim has every type of flooring you could ask for from multiple vendors. He’s also been in the business for years which means he knows what he’s talking about; he also isn’t looking to upsell you! When I went over what we were looking for (durability, feel, look, etc) Tim guided me through a handful of carpets that thought best fit our needs. From the minute he arrived to take measurements to the end of install, his team provided quick service and clear communication! Thank you Tim, Michelle and Mike!! We can’t say enough about the service we received from Bisek Interiors! It began with their patience while I came in for sample after sample. Michelle helped me the final decisions and it helped me choose the perfect look. The installers were top notch and Tim was fair and honest in all the pricing and best options.

This is THE place to go! We are new to Montgomery & he helped our family tremendously. We came across a lot of unexpected issues in our new home…around the holidays as well, needless to say we were in dire need of help. My husband and I were recommended to go see Tim. He went above and beyond to get the job done as soon as they could, so we were able to move into our new home. The flooring looked fabulous as well. We will be using this location for all of our needs in the future.
