Excellent customer service, even in the recent Sub-Zero weather with several inches of snow on the ground, John & Phillip installed a new heat pump and air handler for our 1st floor. They could not have been any more attentive to detail and not making a mess in our home going in and out through the snow. We had Bishop replace the 2nd floor units 2 yrs ago and we were so satisfied with their service and pricing that we knew we wanted them to install this one.
