I had purchased a radiant heater system some years ago. New in the packing i had finally gotten it installed recently. I did stop in to talk to and met Rex. I had even showed Rex a video of the system and he made a few comments and suggested i replace the new, but noisy blower motor and return the other which i did. The next day or so I received a phone call from Rex, stating I brought back with the blower motor a restriction plate that (i did not in my inexperience) needs to stay with my system. What an upstanding man and helpful people at this business ! I highly recommend.
