DO NOT HIRE: List of issues when he tried to assemble our metal building below. Sent this list and asked for a refund of our down payment and he has not bothered to respond. I will have to replace many of the panels his crew damaged. The roof panels are not square which leads us to believe the entire frame is not square. The wall panels are not centered on the frame, and they stick off too far on the back so both walls will have to be moved forward. They used the wrong screws on the wall panels. They used the blue ones which belong on the trim. The screws should be in a straight line, and they are not. I am a perfectionist so this will bother me the rest of my life. We cannot straighten them up because it would leave leaky holes. A lot of the screws are screwed in crooked. One has 3
