I’ve had a great experience so far and nothing but positive interactions. The plumbers who came out to assess the work were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I initially worked through a home warranty company, and Tiffani was helpful from the very beginning. She worked diligently and advocated on my behalf every step of the way, even after the warranty company was rude to her. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication. I’m looking forward to the upcoming installation of my tankless hot water heater and feel confident I’m in excellent hands.

We called two other plumbing services before calling Bison Plumbing and they wouldn’t be able to able to get out to our house for several days. Bison Plumbing was out at our house and diagnosed the problem within 2 hours. They gave us options for repair and we ended up getting our whole house repiped. They went above and beyond by identifying issues we weren’t aware of and fixing them. Everything is now in working order and I have peace of mind. I’ll recommend them any day!
