They had a driver on august 3rd driving extremely erratic & reckless on the way into Milbank, SD at about 10:30am. He swerved into oncoming traffic multiple times and was on my ass when I was going 5 over the speed limit. Dude operating truck 120-271 needs a drug test or something. I have the whole incident on dash cam.

Beware — Terrible Company and Practices I followed a pilot car through one of their paving projects on Moon Meadows Dr on 07/30/2025 in Rapid City, SD. They opened the road to traffic far too soon, and my 2022 vehicle was badly damaged. Fresh blacktop and gravel coated the entire underbody and side panels, tar was dripping off, and my brakes and wheels started grinding immediately on the site. A mechanic estimated $4,000 in damage. Granted, my brakes had normal wear and tear from daily use, but my mechanic — who advocated directly with Federated Insurance — confirmed I’d still be safely on the road for more miles if tar and rocks hadn’t gotten lodged between the brake pads and rotors, causing significant damage to the calipers. bad company. They chip sealed road in front of moms house and had oil running down curb for 3 blocks draining into storm sewer and they drain into rapid creek. local DNR had been notified 👎

They did an excellent job on the road in front POET in Big Stone City, SD.

I Reached out when debris from their truck and trailer cracked my window in SD. Was told because I didn’t have video proof of the debris coming off their truck and striking my vehicle while driving that they would not cover it…. Not happy with this company right now as I have to repair the damage out of pocket. Do not recommend and beware/video when driving anywhere near their job sites and trucks.
