I called Bivens Door to fix my garage door. Chris came out and fixed it the next day. We are very happy with his work and communication. I will tell everyone but thought I could reach more people with this review.

We hired Mr. Bivens to install 2 new garage doors. In addition, we asked him to replace a door opener on our old garage door on a different building. He special ordered our new doors. The day the doors arrived, he delivered them and began installation. He and his crew were very professional, informative, and accommodating. They did an excellent job on installing the new doors and openers and repairing our old garage door. We would recommend them to anyone.

I had a broken spring on my 16 foot garage door. I called Bevins door company in Morristown and they came in a good time, and with in about 30 minutes I had to new springs installed on my door. They even came back the next day to make a very minor adjustment that was unseen upon installation. They were very respectable and made sure that I was satisfied with the job. They will definitely be my go to door company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I already have.

Showed up on time. Did a great job repairing my doors. Would recommend to anyone. Very professional staff. Also just came to adjust springs on my garage door. Also called them to repair my sisters door and showed up on time and did a great job!
