Bruce was wonderful. He was able to see me the day after I called for a refrigerator problem. He was on time, friendly, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He told me what he was doing the whole time and even gave me tips on which brands of appliances are the best. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely call him again for my next appliance repair.

We had a great experience with Bruce. We did wait a couple of days for an available appointment, but are glad that we did! He was able to diagnose and fix issues with our washer and dishwasher quickly. Our dishwasher only needed to have the power turned off to it and then turned back on to "reboot" it. The fact that he had me do that first and it resolved the problem impressed me. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely use again!

Bruce is awesome!! We have had him come out for a dishwasher and dryer. Bruce is punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and he is my go-to guy for anything appliance related. I really appreciate the time he takes to figure out the problem as well as educate me on the machine he is working on. He is very honest, trustworthy and a hard worker. Note: he has an answering service so be patient if you are scheduling an appointment. I appreciate that he will call asap, even in off-hours, to make an appointment or let me know he has a part, etc. All around great service!

Worth the wait! After getting no resolution from Kitchen Aid warranty service I decided to have someone fix my dishwasher and pay for it myself. Bruce was booked out a few weeks so there was a wait but he came on time and fixed my dishwasher. Fair pricing, professional service, and most of all KNOW-HOW! Thanks Bruce!

Very impressed with Bruce's customer service. After getting stood up by another repair company, Bruce answered my after-hours call and scheduled me an appointment within a 2 hr time window. He told me that he'd contact me if an earlier appt opened up, because I was dealing with an inoperable refrigerator and he recognized the hassle of not having your fridge. When the time for service came, he was friendly and efficient. He explained the issue and got it working in no time. Also he repairs Samsung appliances which many local shops will not touch.
