There are no words to express my gratitude to Frank, Stacey, and their staff. Jenna's expertise in designing my kitchen and master bathroom was outstanding. She brought my attention to details that I should include and would have never thought to choose. Danielle's attention and dedication to scheduling appointments made my very busy life less stressful. A few problems were immediately addressed and resolved by Joe, who is a master craftsman. Leo's installation was point on! Last the final touch of the quartz was expertly installed by Angel. Five stars is not enough to rate a highly professional business like BKM Designs!

We recently had our kitchen done after years of procrastinating. Two of our neighbors recommended BKM Designs. After seeing the results, I can tell you we were blown away by the workmanship and the attention to detail. We went in and sat down with Jenna their designer. Since we were new at this and had no clue what we wanted or where to even begin, Jenna put her skills and patience to work and off we were to our new kitchen. When we had questions and there were many, the staff was always there to assist if Jenna wasn't available. From all the installers at BKM (Leo in particular) along with many made it all come together. From computer drawings to reality you guys nailed everything we wanted and more. Sold me a kitchen through my contractor. The factory they use Massachusetts design, did a horrific job. Missing laminate and 17 drawers. My contractor did not inspect within 7 days and they refuse to honor the warranty or help me with the manufacturer. $10k down the drain to fix it all. Riding high on the fine print they'll screw you. Stay away. Just because it (could be) legal doesn't make it right.

I just had my kitchen renovation completed by BKM Design. From start to finish, It has been an incredible, excellent experience. Starting with Jenna, their designer. My husband and I changed our mind back and forth about a dozen times on which cabinet and which quartz for my kitchen remodel and they showed a lot of patience and also helped us make the best decision for us. I think anyone else would of put the sign on the door CLOSED if they seen us coming again.
